– Analysis and Study of Referral Programs and adjust Timing schedules according to the referred drawings of client and consultant

– Overall assessment of the project and providing a database of basic needs and providing overall project schedule. (Master Schedule)

– Preparation and organization structure of project activities according to the type of work and duties of each Executive units

– Preparation of project network activities using CPM and curves needed for this aim (Master Schedule)

– Review the information and prepare a detailed project plan (Detail Schedule)

– Developing project activities coding system according to the type of work and of the executive

– Developing project activities telecommunication networks, by repetative – CPM, to detect and adjust resources and also preparation of detailed plans

– Developing Tables prepared for the allocation of resources, including, equipment, machinery, manpower and materials needed for projects

– Preparation of reports and completion schedule of actions, actual and contractual progress of the project, possible delay of each item, the financial statements, paid, equipped, statement and modifying in the level (1), Statistics report of the personnel, machinery and  materials, preparing a schedule for purchasing supplies

– Preparation of MTO list for all parts of the project

– Preparation of reports on defects and problems in the workplace (using the data provided by controllers and daily reports)

– Model and simulate the Project control system and adjust its amendments
