The manufacturing processes at the plant include:
– Barry belt of Standard sheets using standard Computerized machine
– Cutting and troublesome belts with automatic cutting 2 Pique machine and Beveler
– Cutting stiffeners and attachments of different structures using Iron Worker multinational machine
– Chassis off and prepare templates for assembly
– Assembling heavy steel structures wit “H” and “I” sections
– plate girder welding using automatic submerged welding machine and Mig & Mag
– drilling flanges, shaft plates, Base plates using radial drilling machine and magnets
– Mounting accessories, additional parts, column firings, beams and joists in accordance with the approved plans
– Confirmation of joints in terms of welding procedures (PQR, WPS)
– Testing (NDT, VT, PT, RT, UT) the project as needed
– Cleaning, sandblasting and painting projects as needed
– Final quality control
– Pallets and packaging equipment manufacturing parts made
– Attaching packing list on the equipment packages
– Shipping prefabricated metal parts to the site
In all stages, technical department experts are in a constant relationship with production and quality control engineers seat in production site, solve their technical barriers and lead them, follow the manufacturing procedure in aspects of quantity, timing, quality and observing what is mentioned in plans and welding.
Meanwhile; mentioned expertise perform observations and qualification control before shipping and, in co-ordinance with observers and employee’s inspectors, take actions in Probable Troubleshooting in every stage. All the staff; In the aspect of work maintenance and safety issues, are covered by social security insurance. In addition; they also benefit from life insurance and accident insurance.
