in August 2009,Construction of Office Complex, Engineering in margins of Bandar Abbas Gas Condensate Refinery, located 32 kilometers West of the city, was notified to the company.
These complexes with green spaces, streets, sidewalks, porch and parking lots around, porch an area of approximately 72,000 m2.
The overall infrastructure of buildings forming the complex is about 25,000 m2.
The execution of this project included:
Building A – operational units, financial and accounting Dep.
Building B – distribution unit, product development unit, resturant, and managers canteen
Building C – Control room and Main laboratory
Building D – Entrance hallway – management department – engineering and planning units
Building E – Education Center
Building F – Electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance workshops
Building G – Rotating and static equipment maintenance workshops
Building H – Warehouse and Warehouse office
Roofed porches and sidewalks, green spaces, landscaping and fountains
